Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Saint Agnes Medical Center Careers. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare personnel to ensure optimal care outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
