- Administer injections and apply dressings as required.
- Maintain and prepare equipment and supplies for treatments, ensuring proper sterilization.
- Assist healthcare providers during minor procedures and physical examinations.
- Screen and direct telephone inquiries to appropriate medical personnel.
- Communicate physician instructions to patients via phone or written correspondence.
- Provide general information regarding departmental policies and procedures.
- Organize and maintain patient records and files.
- Compile technical and statistical data for reporting purposes.
