This Float RN position allows you to explore various facilities and service lines while working with a diverse patient demographic. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals focused on delivering comprehensive care across multiple departments.

If you possess experience in Med Surg, Stepdown, ICU, or Emergency care, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. We also welcome new graduates and provide extensive leadership support for your professional development.

  • A High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate is required.
  • A current and valid Registered Nurse license to practice in California is mandatory.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
  • Completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications is necessary.
  • Basic Arrhythmia Course completion within 180 days of hire or transfer into the position is required.
  • Successful completion of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Exam within 180 days of hire or transfer is expected.
