  • Responding to inquiries regarding Zander's Identity Theft Protection services.
  • Helping existing clients update their payment and contact details.

  • Managing email correspondence.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Occasionally assisting clients with completing their life insurance applications over the phone.
