Job Overview

Zander Insurance Agency is seeking a skilled Identity Theft Specialist to protect families from the growing threat of identity theft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals who have fallen victim to identity theft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection and provide information to clients who fear they may have had their identity stolen.
  • Sell and/or upgrade IDT Coverage to ensure comprehensive protection for customers and their families.
  • Assist clients with updating their payment and contact information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and video meetings.
Requirements:
  • Passionate and hardworking individual with high service aptitude and a strong desire to help others.
  • Reliable and adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a strong background in communication and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to type at least 40 WPM.
  • Ability to work from home on occasion and maintain a high level of productivity.
