Key Responsibilities- Patient Services: Provide efficient and high-quality service to patients, including greeting and registering patients, coordinating scheduling, and answering incoming telephone calls.
- Billing Services: Ensure accurate and timely billing information, including reviewing encounter forms, entering patient charges, and balancing charges.
- Medical Record Services: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including loose filing and re-filing of charts, and releasing information from records according to corporate policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One to two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-volume, multiple-task environment.
