Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Strategic Business Development Plans: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new market opportunities and develop effective business development strategies.
- Lead Business Development Activities and Performance: Oversee business development activities, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
- Foster a High-Performing Culture of Innovation and Excellence: Develop and implement training programs to enhance business development and client relationship skills, and lead company-wide strategic initiatives.
- 25+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of successful client development and marketing of professional services.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Business Development Expertise: Thorough understanding of business development processes, best practices, and trends.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical knowledge of technical and office support software required to perform the essential functions of the position.
