Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their care partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners, navigating complex healthcare systems and addressing needs related to insurance, billing, and appointment management.
- Collaborate with providers and other operations team members to complete urgent tasks and ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance knowledge to resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Minimum 1 year of high-volume contact center experience and 1 additional year of direct customer service experience, or 2 years of high-touch, patient-facing healthcare service roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and resolve patient inquiries.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance processes.
