About the Job

Eligibility Determination/Transaction Processing is a critical role that requires expertise in eligibility determination and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ability to type at least 40 WPM
* Organize work, set priorities, and adapt to change with a positive approach
* Proficiency in company-standard software and PC systems
* Problem-solving skills through analysis and ongoing feedback

Eligibility Determination/Transaction Processing Duties:

* Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear
* Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
* Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
* Display a professional attitude towards Conduent employees, Consumers, Access Health, DSS, and activities
* Process transactions and perform tasks accurately within procedural guidelines
* Meet or exceed daily productivity standards
* Meet performance standards for Quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
