Job Title: Risk Analyst

Community Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our Risk Management framework and strategy throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate audit findings to senior leadership and audited departments.
  • Assist in the development of corrective action plans to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor risk management processes and risk registers.
  • Compile risk management materials and dashboards to report to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certification in Risk Management and/or Certified Internal Auditor highly desirable.
  • 3+ years' experience in risk management, compliance auditing, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
Philadelphia Residency Requirement:
  • The successful candidate must be a current Philadelphia resident or become a resident within six months of hire.
