Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as recreation, hospitality, or social services
  • Proficiency in risk management practices and ability to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships with residents and staff
  • Budgetary knowledge and ability to manage resources effectively
  • High energy and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to promote programs and events
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet resident needs
