Job Summary

The Installation Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They will support and train with the lead Installation Specialist, who communicates with internal departments and customers to coordinate and perform equipment installations that meet or surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Delivery and Pickup
    • Assist in delivering and picking up equipment via a company truck
    • Maintain the operational status of the truck, both on and off the road
    • Work collaboratively with other team members when large machines need to be moved
    • Take responsibility for your work
  • Effective Communication
    • Communicate relevant information to supervisors and customers
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process documents in a timely manner (e.g., forms for delivery, move, pickup, etc.)
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Two years of consistent job history
