Position OverviewIntegrative Skincare Specialist Role:
Core Purpose: Integrative Skincare Specialists at Sparrow's Nest are essential in providing tailored skincare therapies designed for women at various stages of their maternity journey, from preconception to postpartum recovery.
Professional Aim: To deliver therapeutically beneficial skincare services that cater to the distinct needs of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duties
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to evaluate clients' skincare requirements based on their maternity stage and health considerations.
- Provide individualized skincare advice and treatment strategies utilizing natural and pregnancy-safe products.
- Administer holistic skincare services including facials, massages, and exfoliation methods.
- Inform clients about safe skincare practices during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Uphold a clean and welcoming treatment space.
Additional Responsibilities
- Engage in staff training sessions.
- Comply with company standards regarding appearance and hygiene.
- Foster a loyal clientele and achieve performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as an aesthetician with training in holistic skincare.
- Previous experience in spa or healthcare environments, particularly focusing on maternity skincare.
- Understanding of pregnancy-safe skincare ingredients and practices.
- Empathetic approach to client service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Dedication to ongoing professional growth in holistic skincare.
Physical Requirements:
