We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Improvement Specialist to join our team at Kaneka Americas Holding. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive reliability improvement program.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a reliability improvement program to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall plant reliability.
- Monitor critical equipment and assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Implement vibration monitoring programs, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and implement corrective actions.
- Support the non-destructive inspection program, including planned scheduled equipment inspections.
- Implement the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program and evaluate the adequacy of plant inspection and testing programs.
Requirements:
