Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a reliability improvement program to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall plant reliability.
  • Monitor critical equipment and assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Implement vibration monitoring programs, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the non-destructive inspection program, including planned scheduled equipment inspections.
  • Implement the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program and evaluate the adequacy of plant inspection and testing programs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of reliability improvement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
