A prominent restaurant organization is seeking a skilled Director of Operations to manage a diverse portfolio of establishments.
The primary responsibility of this role is to guarantee that all dining venues within your oversight are delivering the exceptional service that the brand demands. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring sales performance, revenue generation, and employee management. The Director of Operations collaborates closely with executive leadership, area supervisors, and restaurant management to execute strategies and processes aimed at achieving top-tier operational standards and fostering a positive culture. This includes optimizing store performance, driving same-store sales growth, and meeting brand objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit management
- Experience in full-service dining establishments
- Proven track record of managing above-store level teams
- Strong capability to train, mentor, and inspire staff
- Experience with P&L management and a solid understanding of financial principles
- Experience overseeing a minimum of 10 locations and/or $70 million in annual revenue
- Engaging and personable personality
- Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary
- Preference for candidates based in Southern California
Compensation Package: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary, bonus program (estimated $40,000 - $45,000 annually), equity options, comprehensive insurance benefits, 401k with matching contributions, company vehicle, and additional perks.
