Director of Modern Field Marketing

We are seeking a results-driven leader to develop and execute a commercial growth strategy in Canada and LATAM. As a key partner in ServiceNow's growth, you will drive revenue growth, expand our footprint, and establish ourselves as a market leader in the region.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is $207,100 - $372,900 per year, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales organizations, marketing teams, and other key functions to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, managing budgets, and optimizing marketing mixes to achieve maximum return on investment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive commercial growth strategy in Canada and LATAM.
- Collaborate with sales organizations to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the region.
- Partner with marketing teams and other key functions to develop and execute go-to-market plans.
- Manage budgets, optimize marketing mixes, and measure program effectiveness to achieve maximum return on investment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing team, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing demand generation, with a strong focus on pipeline and revenue growth.
- BS or BA in Business or Marketing.
- B2B marketing background, preferably in a cloud business of scale.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
