Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to assist customers in the financial buying process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.
  • Consult and sell finance and insurance warranties to customers, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives and meet deadlines for turning in customer paperwork to lenders and accounting.
  • Responsible for securing and handling customer money during vehicle transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national regulations, advising the sales team on new and recently changed state laws associated with purchasing a vehicle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and vendors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide expert finance and insurance menu presentations, explaining warranty packages and options to customers.
  • Assist sales professionals with customers, explaining lending options and warranties, and providing support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and national bank and manufacturer representatives, meeting with them regularly to discuss business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor and maintain excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay proficient in Microsoft Office products and dealership management systems, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology.
  • Remain detail-oriented and organized, even in a fast-paced environment, and think strategically to find solutions for customers.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive finance management is required, with a proven track record of success.
  • Verified track record of being a top performer is essential.
  • Prior automotive sales consultant experience is required, with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Prior finance manager experience is required, with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
