About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasury to join our leadership team at Holman Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing our Treasury operations, ensuring the effective management of our financial resources, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing Treasury team that supports multiple industries, including retail auto dealerships and vehicle fleet management and leasing.
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash positions and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage the organization's debt portfolio, including issuance, refinancing, and repayment strategies, while ensuring compliance with debt covenants and maintaining relationships with creditors and rating agencies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and foreign exchange risk, and develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with credit rating agencies and lenders, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to treasury activities.
  • Support change management initiatives impacting the Holman Businesses, create and execute departmental budget, and present periodic performance reports and metrics to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • 20+ years' experience at a management level, with multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.
  • Leading a Treasury team for a public debt issuer in a multi-national environment.
  • Advanced finance and accounting knowledge, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flows.
  • Advanced asset-based lending/structured finance knowledge, including concepts and terms.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking and capital markets, including lending and corporate finance.
  • Proficient in various technology tools, including Bloomberg, MS Office Programs, and Treasury Management Systems.
