Position Overview
We provide a merit-based remote work option tailored to job responsibilities. Following initial in-person training, this role may allow for up to 2 days of remote work each week.
We are currently in search of a skilled and driven Claims professional to enhance our team. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, preparing, and delivering educational resources aimed at identifying areas for improvement, utilizing these materials to foster the development of fellow associates.
- Collaborating with branch leadership to strengthen the capabilities of associates within the claims department and to enhance branch management's comprehension of associate development.
- Monitoring the achievement of training goals, assessing training methodologies, and compiling reports for management that include insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Engaging effectively with associates and clients at all organizational levels.
- Partnering with branch management teams and Home Office Claims to devise strategies for regular and productive interactions with associates across all branches.
- Assessing and analyzing the performance and efficiency of external service providers, including independent adjusters and appraisers.
- Traveling as necessary to attend meetings, seminars, and additional training sessions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience in claims, including roles as Associate, Branch, and Field Claim Representative.
- Experience in the estimating/repair industry is preferred.
- A commitment to continually seeking more effective and efficient training methods to enhance the skill sets of our Claim Representatives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, training expertise, and skill development capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills.
