Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned tasks in a timely and consistent manner, adhering to the building's task and frequency schedule.
  • Conduct a mix of tasks, including sweeping or vacuuming and mopping hard surface floors, dusting work surfaces and other furniture, and cleaning restrooms.
  • Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap, and clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
  • Respond promptly and positively to customer work orders and feedback, and work effectively with other team members.
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
  • Operate and properly maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners, and remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
  • Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor, and deep clean appliances such as fridges and stoves.
  • Communicate effectively with management and respond promptly to client and/or facility needs.
Requirements
  • Education and work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic and responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various movements associated with cleaning responsibilities.
