Daytime Commercial Cleaner

At ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning, we are seeking a skilled Daytime Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers' buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove debris and maintain common space areas
- Clean duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, and cleaning and maintaining restrooms
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Clean all common space areas, including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby, and break room
- Place safety hazard signs in the building, including wet floor signs as necessary
- Monitor, clean, service, and restock bathrooms
- Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crises
Requirements:
- Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
- Contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable, and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
