Position Title: Cash Management Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary: In the role of Cash Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in overseeing our organization's liquidity, cash flow, and financial exposure. Collaborating closely with the treasury department, you will carry out daily cash management tasks, track financial transactions, and ensure adherence to internal protocols and regulatory standards. Your strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail will enhance our treasury functions and aid in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily cash management tasks, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity oversight.
  2. Monitor bank account balances and cash flow forecasts to guarantee sufficient liquidity for operational demands and funding obligations.
  3. Process payments, transfers, and wire transactions with precision and timeliness, following internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  4. Assist in managing banking relationships and negotiating banking services and associated fees.
  5. Compile and analyze cash flow reports, variance assessments, and financial forecasts to support senior management's decision-making processes.
  6. Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit exposure.
  7. Support the treasury team in the deployment and enhancement of treasury management systems (TMS) and financial software.
  8. Contribute to the preparation of treasury-related disclosures and reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Certification such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is advantageous.
  2. Demonstrated experience in treasury operations, cash management, or financial analysis.
  3. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, perform quantitative analysis, and generate financial forecasts.
  4. Familiarity with banking practices, financial instruments, and treasury management systems (TMS).
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP, Kyriba) for data analysis and reporting.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and transaction execution.
