Corporate Legal Director

At CloudKitchens, we're revolutionizing the way restaurants succeed in online food delivery. As our Corporate Legal Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our global strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute on all M&A, strategic investments, debt financings, equity financings, and other corporate transactions globally.
  • Draft and negotiate term sheets, purchase agreements, and other definitive and ancillary documents.
  • Partner with the finance department to advise on and execute cash management activities and transactions.
  • Lead and manage 2 corporate legal team members.
Requirements
  • A J.D. from a leading U.S. law school and an active member of the bar in good standing.
  • At least 8 years of experience focused on M&A and/or capital markets transactions.
  • Big law firm experience is required, and some prior in-house experience and experience with debt financings is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization and outside counsel.
