Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Solomon Page. This role will be located at our corporate office in Century City and will involve working with highly confidential agreements and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, format, redline and edit highly confidential agreements and correspondence
  • Communicate with executives regarding highly confidential agreements
  • Create and implement legal procedures and processes, as needed
  • Conduct legal research and analysis with regard to corporate law
  • Assist with equity issuances, cap table updates, equity redemptions
  • Assist with entity formations - worldwide
  • Support special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Paralegal Certificate
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, NetDocs, and Carta
