About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtually Integrated Care Nurse to join our team at Unavailable. As a key member of our interprofessional care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our bedside care teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide vital support to the interprofessional bedside team and patients/families using virtual technology
  • Enhance the patient experience by ensuring each patient receives the highest level of care
  • Assist with essential nursing functions to unburden the workload of frontline care teams, allowing more time with patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary patient care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to frontline care teams
  • Lead the plan of care to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients
Requirements
  • Two years of related acute care work experience, including one year of leadership experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or actively pursuing a BSN degree
  • Arizona Registered Nurse license
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing
