Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician III to join our team at Forum Energy Technologies. As a Field Service Technician III, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment at drilling sites, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain equipment at drilling sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the energy industry.
  • High school diploma required, technical training or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to drilling sites.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
