Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Compliance Analyst will uphold, support, and comply with our core principles and regulatory standards as they pertain to The JMJ Consulting Group's clientele and internal operational units. This role involves participation in various audits conducted at The JMJ Consulting Group (both internally and customer-focused) and assisting in the preparation for these audits. The individual will report directly to the Quality Assurance Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, ensure, and document all required documentation related to quality assurance compliance within The JMJ Consulting Group.
  • Effectively communicate with other operational units within The JMJ Consulting Group to guarantee overall compliance, including other compliance areas.
  • Engage in all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Audits.
  • Participate in all internal audits and associated activities, including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), and audits concerning glass and brittle plastics.
  • Assist and engage in all customer audits, including pre-audit preparations and post-audit follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to ensure all customer specifications are met for compliance.
  • Maintain a proactive presence on the production floor and within the quality laboratories.
  • Support other divisions of the quality department while effectively communicating food safety concerns and initiating corrective measures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Food and/or Beverage manufacturing is highly preferred.
