Position Summary
This is a HYBRID role based in Jupiter, Florida. Remote work is available after successfully completing an initial training period of three months in the office and achieving the necessary performance metrics. The starting compensation is $17.00 per hour, with an increased rate of $18.00 per hour for bilingual French-speaking representatives.

Ideal Candidate

Your responsibilities will include confidently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and accurately resolving device-related issues while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical support capacity or equivalent experience.
- At least one (1) year of prior call center experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient, and professional service to all customers and partners.
- Handle inbound calls to assist with installations, connectivity, or configurations of both new and existing devices.
- Organize and prioritize outbound calls related to device connectivity and health.

Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state or federal licensing requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer service and relations.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills.
