Job Description

Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Technical Representative to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and professional service to all customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues
  • Configure and troubleshoot devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of cash automation technology
  • Fluency in French (Canadian dialect)
