Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional data science analytics experience at a high growth company or ecommerce business.
  • Degree (advanced degree preferable) in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Social Sciences, Data Science, etc.).
  • Proven experience in research management and leadership, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a track record of producing high-quality research outputs.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Slack).
  • Significant experience utilizing data warehouse or CDP to consolidate customer profiles & utilize across owned digital channels.
  • Well-versed in advanced statistical analysis techniques and leveraging BI tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
