Our Client, a Medical Research company, is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I to join their team in Novato, CA. As a representative of the company, the Phlebotomist I will interact with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens. Key responsibilities include drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification and 6 months of experience are also required. Additionally, customer service experience and keyboard/data entry skills are a plus.
