MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at MarinHealth Medical Center. As a diagnostic imaging specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Competently perform all diagnostic imaging examinations as outlined in the department policy and procedure manual
• Accurately correlate patient clinical history with the Radiology exam to be performed
• Competently use universal precautions when working with patients in isolation status and in sterile surgery
• Competently assist with department clerical functions
• Attends and participates in department meetings
• Keeps current with changes in policy and procedure

Requirements:

• Either Formal training with an accredited MRI program or at least 2 years experience training in an ACR accredited facility
• Minimum of two years full time experience as a paid Radiological Technologist in an acute care hospital facility
• Required possession of valid California Certified Radiological Technologist Certificate (CRT)
• Possession of a valid MRI Certificate with ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist) or American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT)
