Position: Fleet Coordinator

Job Overview: The Fleet Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to oversee the fleet operations at their designated location. Key responsibilities include maintaining organized records of all units within the fleet to ensure operational readiness, managing customer check-ins and check-outs, and preparing documentation for prompt invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize and review repairs with service providers.
  • Establish and implement processes to optimize fleet operations and utilization.
  • Monitor fleet maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of required services for all rental units.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for accounting to facilitate timely billing.
  • Ensure customers are appropriately charged for additional mileage, fuel, cleaning, damages, and delivery costs.
  • Maintain fleet readiness through daily communication with both internal and external service providers.
  • Regularly update tracking spreadsheets, sell-over lists, and detailed unit calendars.
  • Participate in company meetings as required.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
