Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Satisfaction and Expectation Management: Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Staffing Performance Management and Development: Lead and develop a team of drivers, including performance management, training, and development opportunities.
- Day-to-Day Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to meet business needs and ensure seamless operations.
- Health and Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, including transportation and logistics laws.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required; one year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required; advanced knowledge of logistics industry, customer/company local and federal regulations, and supply chain management components required.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
