Job Overview

Position: JAG Program Support Specialist

Location: Various locations

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (with occasional evenings and weekends)

Starting Salary Range: $46,009.60

Key Responsibilities

The JAG Program Support Specialist is responsible for providing coverage across multiple JAG classrooms as needed, ensuring the smooth implementation of educational activities, lesson plans, and case management requirements. This role also involves supporting the JAG program through various administrative tasks and data entry to fulfill funding and performance obligations.

Essential Duties
  1. Assist the JAG Specialist by delivering additional classroom instruction.
  2. Collect documentation and paperwork from youth to assess program eligibility.
  3. Input data into specific program databases related to youth engagement.
  4. Participate in community events to promote Brightpoint and the JAG initiative.
  5. Uphold Brightpoint's core values consistently.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. A minimum of an Associate degree is required, preferably in Human Services or Education.
  2. Experience working with high school students is highly preferred.
  3. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Willingness to travel for training and other assignments as necessary.
  5. A valid Indiana driver's license is required, along with maintaining minimum liability insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000 when driving for Brightpoint.
