Transplant Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Presbyterian/St. Luke's in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and overseeing the coordination of department processes.
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with admission and discharge processes, participating in ongoing assessments of quality patient care services, and collaborating with staff to support a positive environment of teamwork that results in quality patient outcomes, service excellence, and staff satisfaction.
Additionally, you will provide recommendations related to interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff, as well as managing all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
