About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team at VFP Pharmacy Group. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver superior customer service to patients and healthcare providers via phone, ensuring a positive experience and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Information Management
    • Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
  • Escalation and Problem-Solving
    • Escalate complex claims to Call Center Technicians for further action.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, medical providers, and other staff to ensure seamless workflow and quality metrics are achieved.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1-3 years of call center experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or specialty pharmacy settings.
  • Skills
    • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and relevant laws and regulations.
    • Technical expertise in pharmacy processing systems and phone systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, think critically, and improve workflow procedures.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
