Position: Shipping Operations Manager II

Department: Shipping

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 4:00 P.M. - 2 A.M.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate operational activities, providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and communication to team members.
  • Manage general warehouse operations while ensuring a clean and safe environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Set objectives, define, and plan projects to ensure that operational strategies are effectively executed.
  • Analyze current processes and data to develop plans that address established and future business requirements.

Salary Range: $71,000 - $80,000
