Life Enrichment Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of resident activity calendars, including budgeting and coordination with external organizations.
- Help ensure that activities meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
- Provide oversight of specific life enrichment components, such as memory care or special events.
- Coordinate transportation for residents to and from external events, including driving company vehicles when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Current, valid driver's license.
- Driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
- Preferred: Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills.
