The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Senior Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on various sites across the country. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision, including on-site safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with project procedures and safety protocols.
  • Communicate and document project progress with the project team and clients.
  • Manage subcontractors' workmanship and construction site organization.
  • Write and document daily progress on Procore.
  • Read, understand, and enforce project plans.
  • Coordinate inspections and develop a comprehensive 3-5 week look ahead schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working on out-of-the-ground projects, mixed-use, multi-family, retail, theatres, shopping centers, grocery, multi-story self-storage, etc.
  • Computer skills, Procore knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
