POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Marketing Specialist will oversee comprehensive promotional initiatives for essential programs at EAA. This role involves developing strategies that align with organizational objectives, executing campaigns, and analyzing outcomes. The ideal candidate will utilize their previous experience and implement best practices across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, websites, print media, social platforms, advertising, digital promotions, and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee intricate, multi-channel marketing initiatives with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with program managers to guide projects from inception to completion while providing strategic direction and insights aligned with the organization's goals.
- Conduct research, analyze, and synthesize data to formulate recommendations, plans, and proposals; provide conceptual guidance for online and offline materials and campaigns that yield results.
- Accountable for marketing strategies, creative briefs, content schedules, and performance metrics and reports.
- Exhibit proficiency in time management, budgeting, and program oversight with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing projects across various departments.
- Maintain relationships with program managers, internal teams, and occasionally external vendors.
- Support promotional and operational aspects of internal and external events.
- Compose, proofread, and edit engaging promotional content for a diverse range of materials, including but not limited to advertising, direct marketing, websites, e-newsletters, and social media.
- Make annual budget recommendations across channels to support program objectives; manage individual program budgets throughout the year.
- Adhere to EAA's brand strategy and uphold brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Embrace and support the EAA mission while practicing safety in the workplace and aviation environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, business, or marketing.
- Four or more years of experience in print and digital media creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and prioritizing a range of potential solutions.
- Results-driven team player with the ability to collaborate effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; must demonstrate credibility, good judgment, honesty, and integrity.
- Proven ability to understand, learn, and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Ability to generate and deliver persuasive and clear verbal and written communications.

- Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and project management software like Asana.
