Electrical Field Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Avail Infrastructure Solutions. As an Electrical Field Specialist, you'll be responsible for inspecting, testing, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing products both on-site at customer locations and within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and parts to ensure unit functions according to specifications.
  • Conduct variety of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, sub-assemblies, and parts.
  • Prepare daily reports, reports of findings, analysis, and solution.
  • Troubleshoot and utilize instrumentation, documentation, knowledge and or experience to identify issues and determine the corrective action to fix the equipment and or system.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Electro-Mechanical Field as a Field Service Technician.
  • Strong reading, writing and communication skills.
  • 50-75% overnight travel; occasional extended-stay travel.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills.
