We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at our Bella Vista facility. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility to the highest standards.
• Prepare, mix, and use cleaning solutions safely and efficiently, storing them in a secure area.
• Remove and dispose of infectious waste bags and containers, adhering to strict protocols.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring seamless operations.
• Conduct all job responsibilities in accordance with our Code of Business Conduct, policies, and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and write at a level suitable for the role.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, family members, and facility staff.
• Knowledge of infection control techniques and best practices.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
