This role offers the potential for unlimited commission alongside a competitive base salary. Successful candidates can anticipate earning over $80,000 in on-target earnings (OTE) during their first year.

Base compensation begins at $20 per hour, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will provide detailed information regarding the specific compensation package tailored to your role during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate high-quality leads through engaging door-to-door marketing in designated areas.
  • Identify and create qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Independently travel to assigned territories while consistently representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.
  • Utilize our mapping software and business applications to maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and data tracking.
  • Exhibit professionalism by being courteous, well-groomed, and in proper uniform, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in company meetings as required.
  • Provide feedback to the Canvassing Program Manager on strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our canvassing initiatives.
  • Master the methodologies, products, and current promotional offerings of Renewal by Andersen.
  • Become an expert in delivering Signature Service.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum age of 18 to qualify for company driving insurance.
  • Reliable transportation for navigating assigned territories.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Able to proficiently use multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles daily.
