About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Due Diligence Coordinator to join our team at AKT Peerless. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, field sampling, and coordinating environmental projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, and at least 3 years of experience in Phase I and II ESA and site investigation. Experience with Michigan Environmental Regulations is also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) savings plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of environmental projects
  • Conduct Phase I ESAs to ASTM standards
  • Conduct Phase II ESAs
  • Maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones
  • Stay up-to-date with Michigan Environmental Regulations
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of each project's progress and objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries
