HR M&A Manager with Deal Integration Expertise

About the Opportunity
">- This exciting role involves supporting the HR M&A team and business development colleagues in various aspects of the deal lifecycle, including due diligence, compensation and benefits, labor and legal, data and HR operations, onboarding, staffing, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
">- Assist in reviewing and summarizing data during due diligence, preparing questions where necessary, and conducting thorough research to identify issues and risks that impact HR integration plans.
- Develop HR charters, maintain project plans, and ensure all major tasks are reflected on the plan.
- Onboard new employees, work with regional HR teams, and seller HR teams to understand job roles and assist with job slotting and mapping.
- Liaise with M&A data analysts to enable accurate data uploads into HRIS systems.
Requirements
">- 8 years of total HR experience, with 5 years of HRBP or generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Able to prioritize multiple projects, solve problems, apply critical thinking skills, and represent clients' purposes and culture effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
">- Participate in all aspects of the deal lifecycle to include due diligence, comp and benefits, labor and legal, data and HR operations, onboarding, staffing and talent acquisition, communications and training, change management and cultural integration, leadership and talent management planning.
- Provide analysis, issue/risk identification, planning, and integration project management for acquisitions and professional laboratory services deals.
- Partner and drive accountability across HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to conduct due diligence, sharing findings, and support shaping of plans to enable successful integration of employees into the business.
- Drive accountability through others by providing project management and tracking.
- Help troubleshoot and enable solutions, while reporting out on risks that require additional support to mitigate.

- Able to effectively interact with diverse populations at all levels within the organization.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations and confidentiality.
- Experience onboarding large cohorts of employees is preferred.
Benefits and Salary
">- $43.40 estimated minimum rate; $62.00 estimated maximum rate.
