Care Coordinator Specialist

Care Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences at Centers for Neurosurgery Spine & Orthopedics. In this position, you will optimize daily schedules for surgeons and patients, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering phones, emails, scanning, faxing, scheduling appointments, completing insurance verifications, and documenting visit-related information in the electronic medical records system. The ideal candidate will have strong reading and writing skills to accurately communicate with patients and other staff members.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K and pension plan, PTO plan, and 8 paid holidays.
- Must enjoy answering high volumes of calls with complex medical care or insurance discussions.
- Diligent and attentive to detail when booking appointments and insurance information.
- Extensive appreciation for collecting accurate insurance and demographics data.
- Experience with insurance verifications required (eClinical Works a plus).
- Bilingual a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
