- Deliver exceptional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, polish applications, and specialized services.
Build rapport with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing informative insights about each treatment.
Safely operate spa equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of nail care products, offering tailored recommendations and developing quality at-home care routines for clients.
Achieve established product sales targets and engage in ongoing training sessions and team meetings.
