Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Maine. As a Home Health Skilled LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing one-on-one care and support in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care and medication management
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid Nursing License in the State of Maine
  • 2+ years of experience in skilled care, preferably in home health
  • Recent wound care experience
  • Current CPR BLS Certification
