Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at River Ridge Neurorehabilitation Center in Kennebunk, ME. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed.
- Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
